Are you able to load into GTA V via Steam or the GTA V.exe?

Yes i can launch GTA V. But i can't load story mode

Please try loading into the story mode via Steam.  Start GTA V via Steam and see if it loads you in.

Already tried gta just crashes.

That indicates a problem with your game files.  Please verify integrity of game cache.

 

To do this, open your library in Steam.  Right click GTA V-->properties-->local files-->verify integrity of game cache.

I've done everything. Im just gonna uninstall it and reinstalling it.

Alright.  Remember, you need to be in a free roam spot in the story.  If you haven't started the story mode, or are at a part where you have to do something to advance the story, you need to do that.
