Pursuits feel kind of...slow?

Featured Replies

Whenever I get a callout for a stolen police vehicle or a stolen ambulance, or even just chasing some drug runners it seems like the pursuits play out "slowly" or as if the driver isn't actively being chased by the police. If the road ahead of them is clear they will take off (as expected) but as soon as another car is in front of them its like the AI doesn't know how to handle it and will come to an almost complete stop and then slowly maneuver around the vehicle in front of them (which is now stopped since I have my lights and sirens going). This makes it so every chase feels "slow" and not very exciting. I feel like if someone is stealing a police car that they shouldn't be obeying the traffic signals on the road and that they should be able to figure out how to swiftly maneuver around 2 vehicles on the road without either flat out stopping or going 5 MPH.

Check your trainers and see if you have any option such as "AI ignore player" enabled.  If you do, disable it.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂
