Everything works fine. I installed everything the way it should've been and everything loads up, my plugins are all loaded as well but, it won't actually do anything it's just stuck on the loading screen.

Did you go to the Rage website and download Rage?

If you have added in a gameconfig.xml, take it out and tell me it it works. I had the same problems because I put a downloaded gameconfig.xml file in my OpenIV. And, if you didn't know how to get a restored version of the file, go into the regular directory, (if you've been editing your GTA in a mods folder, which is highly recommended) Update.rpf> common> data> and there it is. Then make a copy to your desktop and then drag and drop it back into your mods folder.
