I want to play LSPDFR so bad but it won't load.  It stars to load GTA and has the RPH thing on screen but once it gets to the "Hooking game instanses" it then switches to slow system or insufficient permissions and then just loads into story mode without RPH or LSPDFR.  Please help i have tried everything!
