I even compressed it so the file is not so big and still it is muted.

Can you explain to me how im new on this i just started 2 days ago

Gtg to work so tomorrow morning maybe.

1. export the audio file

2. edit it in whatever programm you use

3. when exporting the file it might have changed from being a wav file, so use this website: https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav

4. when changing it back to wav through the website make sure that you don't mess up as last time so...

5. on " Change bit resolution " change it to 16

6. on " Change sampling rate " to whatever it was before

7. on " Change audio channels " to mono

8. save the new wav file and import it

Ok i have it all set and in game but its really quiet. Do you know why

when iditing an audio file and exporting it, it can happen that the sound goes down a little so just make it louder before exporting the file.

As said some files can't really be changed for some reason. I am not really an expert with this anyway, I am just telling you what I know, so you are probably better off asking someone that does this often enough to tell you more about it.
