I am not running any extra mods/plugins and LSPDFR seems to be working for the most part. 

 

But i cannot accept callouts at all. i have tried every button including "y" and it does not work. 

 

Anu suggestions?

Yes, thank you.  In your main GTA V directory open the file called "CommandLine.txt".  In it you should see -nodx.  Remove this, and save.

 

Now, open RagePluginHook's settings and check the command switches.  Make sure "nodx", which means it won't use DirectX, is not checked.  I believe this may be your problem.
