The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

is there a way to stop the drivers I pull over from flooring it forward and crashing all over the place when I hit the B button on the controller?  Makes it less realistic that they do this.

    Are you using ELS?  If so, open the ELS INI and change ELSTrafCTRL to false.
