The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm having multiple issues.

Police 1, 2, and 3 not spawning after adding up to 9 textures on the .YTD
LSPDFR not loading the police garage
Game randomly unloading textures

Police put their lives on the line for you. Think about how you should treat them, because you may see a familiar cop one day, but not see him the next.

For issue #1, revert back to the original .ytd. I'm not sure why, but sometimes vehicles just won't spawn if there's an issue with the texutre.

#3 Chances are you have either too many loaded modded vehicles, or your PC just can't handle it. Try loading in via Steam/GTA 5.exe and see if you still have an issue.
