I am currently experiencing something issue with F4 Console menu, I run the game through Rage Hook and all that, everything. I get in game and press F4 then it pauses the game, but no console pops up for some reason, I have played it Earlier today all was fine, but not anymore, anyone else experienced this issue before? :)

Just downloaded rage hook today and its doing the same thing. But now f4 isnt even pausing the game. Im getting no icons to enter police stations either

Dallen, I have tried starting GTA V  through Steam, when at the bottom bar Gta v icon comes up, quickly start ragehookplugin, resolved the issue for me :)

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
