The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Wondering if anyone knows how to do this..

So I've been looking at the Defender boat by Skylinegtrfreak, and I was hoping to make a skin for it, but I can't seem to find the skin texture file. In addition, I have also seen that you can not remove the "US COAST GUARD" text on it, but I saw a skin by SkillfullCorpse which does not have the USCG text on it. I was wondering if anyone knew how he did it, as I have PMed him, and Skylinegtrfreak to no response. I'm not sure if I would need to edit the actual vehicle file, or what.. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this, I would be very grateful.
