I hope that someone out there can make more newer car pack with a OIV installer for easy way to let other's enjoy there pack I am asking nicely please please make one thanks again hope this will get the word out that we need more of the car packs that we can install not hard but easy because there's a need for these packs

Installing cars really isn't hard at all.  All you do is go into OpenIV-->mods-->update-->x64-->dlcpacks-->newest patchday (the one with the highest number)-->dlc-->x64-->levels-->gta 5-->vehicles.  Click "edit mode" and drag and drop the replacement files in.  Click "edit mode" again and you're done.

Make sure you install the car's VCF XML to the pack default folder.  Also be sure you have ELS.
