Every time I seize a vehicle LSPDFR plugin crashes.. I'm not a pro at reading the logs and finding the problem but what i found was the tow truck cannot be dispatched because it's missing something

You're not the only one.  Please be patient for a fix.  We should be thankful for what we have.  Just going to have to work around that for now.

There most likely won't be a fix.  This crashing has been an issue with AM for a long time.  Just use Police Smart Radio.

I tried installing Police Smart Radio but doesn't seem to load up.. If I load it manually it crashes the LSPDFR

That's because Police Smart Radio belongs in the plugins-->LSPDFR folder.

Fixed with update from Albo1125 of you can lock the post if need be Kallus.
