i have tried to download this plugin for a while now and it doesent work. The README has little detail.

Autoltx3_x64.dll goes in the main directory.  From there, follow the paths that are in the download.    The contents of "Police Scanner" go into your own police scanner folder.  the contents of "LSPDFR" folder go into your own LSPDFR folder.

Tried this now got this error message:  There was an error while loading. Check the RagePuginHook.log file.

Is your computer set in a different language? if so, that's the issue.  Vocal Dispatch doesn't do well with foreign languages.

do you have to use us language or is uk languge good because it didnt work after i changed it

IM getting the same error message that he is getting. I even took all my other plugins out and still had the same thing.

Unfortunately I cannot.  The times I've seen this problem it's a direct result of the language difference.  I also rarely ever use Vocal Dispatch.  You can try posting on the Vocal Dispatch comments.

And do you know how to change the language on it ive had vocal dispatch before i reinstalled gta 5 and not it wont work
