I´ve got questions about Voices

1st Question: How can I add Voices in GTA IV/EFLC?

2nd Question: How can i add the TLAD Cop Voices(it´s Inluded Chinese Cop Voices and i would be like add Fat Chinese TRIAD_HEAVIES Voices and the M_Y_COP_BLACK_TRAFFIC to the Chinese Cop Voices) in the Original GTA IV and TBOGT?

3rd Question: Is that Possible to Create and add GTA V Cop(Sheriff,Female Cop,FIB and IAA Agents Voices too) and Gang Voices for GTA IV/EFLC?

4th Question: How Can i fix Voice Crashes(when the GTA V White Cop Voice lines getting longer than the TLAD White Cop Voice lines)  when i replace the The TLAD M_Y_E1COP_WHITE Voice with the GTA V S_M_Y_COP_01_FULL_01 voice(i use to replace this Voice, the Programm from Andrews IVAudioEditor_v1.0)
