Sooo is anyone else having issues with bringing up the drop box to RageHook when pressing F4. For me it does nothing when pressed and when I drive to a station I can not go on duty, I tried re-installling LSPDFR&RageHook but no luck, not to sure what else to do and or try

Do you see the police station icons on the map?

I'm getting the same problem. I'm trying to start up again after stopping for over a year of not playing, and I've recently had to replace my hard drive which doesn't help. Fresh install of gta and update to windows 10. When I load in rage hook loads itself but not lspdfr, and cant access ragehook console. I already found the post regarding the new gaming stuff in windows settings and tried what it says but when I do what is suggested, I get to the 2nd loading background and lspdfr  crashes endlessly and rapidly until I force close through task manager.

Yahhh I do see the police icons as soon as the game loads starting in Franklings house

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
