I have split your post into its own thread.

Did you edit the vehiclelayouts.meta?  If so, revert it back to the vanilla.

well i fixed it, my problem was at:

 

mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 --> vehicles.meta

 

i hope can help someone too
