The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

After the latest Windows 10 update it looks like RPH stopped loading any plugins. I tried everything including turning off the game mode and nothing helps. I can see "Loading story mode with Rage Plugin Hook" and everything is ok but no plugin works as well as RPH console.
