Well I've tried the usual. Reinstalling LSPDFR, GTA, graphics driver etc. 

 

But when I startup the game it just shows the black loading screen followed by three short beeps. Game shuts down and I get RPH saying "The game has crashed!"

So at the top of the crash report it says

"Stack trace:   bei System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)"

And I think this might be the reason for the crash. Can you guys help me here?
