PLUGIN LIMITING PERFORMANCE

Well, my hellish problem is that the plugin is limiting the performance of my machine and I still do not know why. I have not yet figured out what the plugin is, but you can see an image that is explicitly a limit of almost 50% performance. The performance drops from 99% to -50%, so I want a non-LSPDFR job loading all the plugins, going to the department and starting or simply with the forced.

There is no type of modification except visualV. I have already discarded all other options and even the mass scripts, because not in the testicles, with or with nothing has changed. I removing all plugins oproblema did not continue, so I confirmed that it was the plugins. I'll be listing my plugins for you, and I hope you'll help me figure out who's doing this, because it does a pretty real job and finds the files I have in the folder.

Conclusion: Something that is in the plugins folder is causing our computer to offer full performance to the game, and all this after starting a work in the department or starting with the forced, obviously starting the plugins.
