Whenever Scripthook.dll file is placed into the folder, and the game runs as per normal. But when at the loading screen(after the

slideshows of characters), it crashes after awhile. It says GTA IV has stopped working. The details of the problem is stated below.

I tried all kinds of solutions but it just won't start. The game can start normally only when scripthook.dll is removed, but the mods are

unplayable as Scripthook.dll holds a major position for the mods to work. I would appreciate help here, thanks and I would be happy if i could get this problem solved. Thanks to whoever provides me with support after this post, I really appreciate it.

For starters it looks like your game version is out of date. You need 1.0.7.0

Post a G17 diagnostic log (follow the links in my signature or the stickied topics at the top of this support forum) to give us more information.

Okay, give me some time to update it to 1.0.7.0, the problem with the latest patch was that I gives me some problems starting up, one moment as I do the update, thanks.

Weird, last time when I update to 1.0.7.0, there were bugs with starting the game, unknowingly, the mod is able to start, and it works, THANKS! Sorry as I was too blurred out to update it again. Thanks for your help! :D Finally. :)

Hello,i have the exact same problem and i am using steam so theres no possible way my gta can not be up to date.

Same as the guy above stated, as soon as i remove scripthook.dll gta loads however lcpdfr+els do not work.

ive tried lcpdfr 0.95 and just recently updated to 1.0a and still the same problem of gta crashing at the loading screen when scripthook.dll is in the directory.I must note that i have had gtaiv lcpdfr0.95 running perfectly but then all of a sudden this problem started.

Any help will be much apreciated
