Thanks, but just so you're aware this doesn't fix it for everyone, as not all problems are the same.

if Ragepluginhook loads with Lspdfr and when u go on duty then the Lspdfr plugin crashes there's a problem with a plugin and u have to reinstall it. trust me a lot of my friends have the same problem and this solution helps temporarily.

That's my point. :P  If it keeps happening despite reinstalling, there might be other issues.  Again, not all cases are the same.  I've seen topics with the same exact name and each one could be happening for a different reason.

this solution works for me and might work for others

If Windows has a problem just reinstall Windows.
