Cannot bring up console still.......

Featured Replies

Is anyone having this same issue, cannot bring up console, there are not stars on my map showing all police Depts.   I previously posted, and took the advice by one of the member to:
Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch", but this does not work.   The console is there but when i enter a command such as "LoadAllPlugins", nothing happens. i re-installed game everything is up to date,  Rage, scripthook, scripthookdotnet, LSPDFR, anyone with anything please help!!!

so much for help ......

Chances are you installed something incorrectly.  Please reinstall LSPDFR then install Rage.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

EDIT: nevermind it seems like you are seeing the console pop up...I would just try re-installing RAGE and LSPDFR and see what happens. Do not add any other mods to your GTA5 folder, just try those two items and see what happens.

I have re-installed GTA V,  LSPDFR, prior to that i made sure i rid of any remains of the previous installation, both folder and crannies in Regedit.    Same results, i can only see the console if i forced windowed mode and forced directx 11.  When i goto type "reloadallplugins" as you see nothing happens, if i remove the check marks for "windowed mode and forced Directx", the console doesnt come up at all, the game would just pause and do nothing......i have re-installed GTA V 5-6 times, and its very tiring.  iam trying to get as much advised as i can from anyone...

Did you try the solution in this post?

TLDR Disable the gamebar/game recording builtin to Windows 10.

DIsregard........................i finally got it to work, the manual install of LSPDFR is corrupt, i have download each time from the site and wont not work for me (speaking for myself), I tried the automatic install and when game fianlly loaded up i saw the stars on the map, and was able to get mod to work, thank you all for your input, i can admit it was discouraging at times, but its finally working, the automatic install worked.....manual install failed me everytime......hope this helps for anyone who struggled like me.    again thanks.............
