You can use the megaphone without this mod by pressing shift while in a pursuit and close enough to the suspect.  When you have this plugin installed and press its activation button during a pursuit, it automatically says that while using the plugin.

Thanks for the answer, but in the pursuit, when I next to the suspect when pressing shift nothing happens ((I thought that the megaphone of the mod

You have to be right on their bumper for it to work.

I checked, the megaphone not work  

it would be cool if there was a megaphone mod so that it would turn on(shift key) at any time in the pursuit.

The megaphone does work, it's just picky.  It only works during pursuits and even then, sometimes it doesn't.  However, with pursuit deterrence, it has almost always worked.  There have been rare times where the audio from the megaphone doesn't play, and I'm not entirely sure what would cause that.

After you go on duty you need to reload all plugins by Rage console. With the cop character go on duty again. Then shoud work

my horn not work even after reload all plugins( can someone make a horn script so that it works when the shift is pressed at any time?

As I have told you, the megaphone is meant to only work during pursuits, however, it sometimes just stops working.  Nothing can be done about it.

Arrest Manager and Albo1125common needs to be updated if you haven't done that.

Only option remains to reload your latest saved game wich are you playing. I have the same issues. Only thing that can cause that shoud be unlocking adversary modes by R* employees. That is the only change of the game,so that shoud be somehow. And yes,we need a plugin especially for this to read all their speeches, not only 3 or 4 per character.

And maybe the ability to use the original spotlight of the police maverick, but I think I am asking too much.

Unusued megaphone speeches used by cops and not by the LSPDFR plugin. And activated by E in a traffic stop!
