Basically. F4 does not give me the launch plugins or command bar up the top. it only gives me the option to do money cheats and change weather etc. 

 

I got all the police symbols on the map, but again I cant do anything to go on dutie?.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

I uninstalled and deleted rage hook and lspdfr. Now rage hook goes to the screen where it does all those green circles with ticks, then closes and nothing happens. I did a back up file with Ragehook but not sure where that file would be. also how would I go about deleted and starting from scratch with all mod files (I onlt have LSPDFR, Scripthook and sh5 downloaded) no actual other mods,i just dont know how to remove all the files to start over again

You just have to find the files in your GTA directory and delete them as you would any other file.  Right click-->delete.

Im just worried about deleting an actual GTA file?. would you by any chance no what files I need to delete if I told you that I only downloaded LSPDFR,scripthook, scripthook.net, ragehook?

The best thing to do is go and download these mods again and use the download as a way to see which files to delete.
