My LSPDFR will launch and RPH will say it loads. However, it gets to the load screen and will just sit there for an infinite amount of time and will not load into the game. I had been playing LSPDFR without any problems for a month or so and the last couple weeks I have not been able to get the game to load in. Any suggestions? I have attached a picture of the load screen and I also have the crash log it gives me if that would help?

Try using the game config linked in my signature.  Make sure you add the game config into your mods folder, not the vanilla game.

It says the file path is gta v\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data     my update.rpf doesnt go into a filepath it just tries to open it up when i click on it? Where do I drop the game config to in the mods folder

It sounds like the update.rpf in your mods folder wasn't fully copied over if you don't have that above path.  Try deleting update.rpf in the mods folder.  Then, go into update/update/common.  Now click "edit mode" and you should be prompted to make this path in the mods folder.

the update folder in my main directory only has dlc_patch, x64, and update.rpf again without a filepath....and the same thing with the update inside my mods folder except i deleted the update.rpf without a filepath in that folder

So if you go in update-->x64 there isn't dlcpacks?

You don't need dlcpacks in your case, I just wanted to confirm you had it.  Go into update-->update-->common-->data.  Next, click "edit mode".  You should see a notification to create this path in the mods folder.

Right. I am saying I do not have common inside my update folder in the main directory.

You need to use OpenIV.   Once in OpenIV, go to the path I listed and it'll work.

Okay...I found the filepath in OpenIV I copied it to mods folder and put the gameconfig.xml into gta v\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data in OpenIV and tried to launch RPH from my main directory and it still comes up with the crash log when I load the game and it still sits on the load screen :/

Now when you say you copied it over, you copied via OpenIV?  As in, it came up with a message telling you that you could copy it over?

The read message popped up with a yes or no option to copy it to mods folder....i hit yes

Honestly no idea lol....i did very minimal just to where it would let me play, I know the phone doesnt stop ringing until I go on duty in LSPDFR... but idk why that would matter if i was able to play before?

Do me a favor and play a bit of the story mode until you are at a free roam point where no one calls you for a job.

Okay, I work on the ambulance here and my shift starts in 30min so I won't be able to play through  right now. When I get the chance tomorrow or next day to play through some more of the story will you respond to this post when i quote you in it in a day or so?
