i've been looking for a while now for the file but can't find it at all in the mods folder, i want to change the belt for sheriff male but can't find the path.  Someone please help

    x64e isn't in the mods folder by default.  You need to add it.  Go into the vanilla x64e and click "edit mode".  You should be prompted to make that same path in the mods folder.
