Ok so i have downloaded the LSPD vehicle pack and installed everything correctly. I then launched my game to find it kept crashing i then downloaded the gameconfig.xml to try and fix it which is what it says however it still doesnt work.

 

please help.

Did you use a mods folder?  Also, which gameconfig did you download?

yes i did use the mods folder also i downloaded https://gyazo.com/17909b979bc304245627142f13d59b91  both in the pic where it says here the first one didnt work i then downloaded the seconds one and it took me to this https://gyazo.com/0ec8b9ed9377406d234283979628a5cd downloaded that and that took me to a winrar file with this in it https://gyazo.com/60d24289dd53cfe5cbade35848ce8d10 i went on the middle one gta config v... and this opened it up to loads of other folders https://gyazo.com/01eef9e0e956087741f408ec96f6f1a9 . i then opened the most recent 5x traffic 5x peds nad placed that config into the open iv like it says to.

if that makes no sense please tell me and ill try and make it better because there are alot of gyazos sorry

Are you able to launch the game normally?  I mean via Steam or via the GTA5.exe?

no it comes up with a crash report

Launching normal GTA shouldn't bring up a crash report.  Launch via Steam or the GTA5.exe.

my bad if it isnt a crash report but it comes up with this when i launched both steam and gta5.exe

This would indicate an issue with your game.  Try verifying integrity of game cache.

so i have done that and now instead of crashing it just doesnt load i sat on this screen for like half a hour bottom right it says loading story mode with ragepluginhook

Are you able to load via Steam/GTA 5.exe?

Only thing I can recommend then is verifying integrity again.  If after that it still doesn't load when you start the game normally, you may need to reinstall, as something is obviously missing for it not to start at all.
