My games stops responding after the loading screen, I have Verified the integrity of the files in steam but even when launching the game without Rage Hook it still crashes. I have updated my drivers and still nothing...

 

Could anyone help please?

A slight edit, my game only works when dinput8.dll is removed from the folder (Although the game runs slowly) which means I cannot get access to any of my mods that are in open iv. 

 

As as I have verified the integrity of the game does that mean my modded files have been altered?

 

Any ideas please?
