I have searched all over the net and can't figure this one out at first I thought it was a LSPDFR plugin, but the same thing happens without RPH, it's I have never had this happen before it's  like the Peds suddenly lose their voice after about 10 mins or so I've verified game files twice now and they seem fine, I'm going to start removing and reinstalling non RPH addons like Real Life Mod in the hopes I can figure this out if anyone has any clues what's causing this and can shes some light on this I would really appreciate the help.

Thanks

Update looks like the culprit was Real Life Mod, it's probably not compatible with the latest GTA Patch, I will have to remove it whenever running LSPDFR.
