when i gets on duty. People start to shot me for no reason?

I installed albos Traffic Policer 6.13.7.0 by Albo1125 _ MinRPH 0.51. And when i go into the game and runs the lspdfr and goes on duty. Suddenly i get many red circles on my map and people start to shot me and they keep comin. How can i fix this problem have i done something wrong during albos installation maybe?

By chance, are you on part of the story mission where Michael and Trevor are banned from the city?  If so, you need to complete that portion of the story.

yea when i get into the game it pops up a massage saying micheal and travor is outside the city. Ok thnx a lot man gonna finish that mission nw
