The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So ill load lspdfr and after awhile of playing around 10 to 20 minutes it will start to lag and its crazy annoying. And it only happens in a vehicle

Is it a specific vehicle?  If so, that may indicate the vehicle is too high poly.
