Hi. I wonder how to use the megaphone quotes without insulting npcs. I want to use those quotes heard in online like ''pull over''  not ''pull the hell over''. If you know what I mean and you guys have a solution,then help me pls.

Press shift while behind a suspect.  You can only use the megaphone while in a pursuit.

I am talking about if there is a way to hear the megaphone speeches used by the police npc,if you realize that only 1 or 2 are the same. You can use only 3 or 4 speeches with shift. I want to know if somebody works for a script to get this used. You shoud know what I am talking about. And one more thing: sometimes when I reload the plugins after the lspdfr menu gave me a character I got a fully police npc abilities like other foot cops are reacting to a nearby pursuit, also the random police helicopters with swat members. Do you have any idea about how can I get this thing without a lot of tryies? In this case in a traffic stop when I press E my white cop use the uzual megaphone quotes. Please I am confused,make me understand how can I activate that again?

I'm sorry, I really don't understand what you're referring to.  When in a traffic stop the megaphone isn't used.  The megaphone is only able to be used during pursuits, and it's random what line is said.  You don't get to choose.

Man I am serious. Sometimes the scripts load very strange and rarely when they do I am able to use when horning for a better stop. Also all cops on foot react to the nearby pursuit and the have on mini-map a pink -white circle and says ''enemy''. If I will get this again I will record you to see. I just doing some tests and I discover that. To be able to trigger this you will need to reload all plugins with Rage Plugin Hook console and to go on duty again with the same cop character.

Yes, but it only does this when you either a) are in a pursuit or b) telling a vehicle to find a new spot to pullover.  This is not something you can do whenever you want to.

But in this case is using the speeches without insulting the suspect, the same used by the npcs. I want a mod to unlock all the speeches of a character. If you press shift a lot you will see that speeches repeat quickly and not using those in the traffic stop.

If you take a look on pursuit deterrence mod you will see that he somehow changed the traffic stop speeches with the pursuit ones. Can you ask him about that or somebody else that you think knows?
