The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I just downloaded the newest version of Arrest Manager by Albo1125 and when I load into the game I get the pop up that it has been loaded successfully, but I can't grab peds or open the scene management menu or anything. Any help would be appreciated this is an essential mod to have.
