The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I had the same issue both it not starting and then starting but not loading lspdfr. But now it's loading as the loading screen that comes with ragehook says but it will crash as soon as it does start loading.

And it keeps doing it over and over... :wacko:

Open Rage's settings and look for "enable counter measures against online vehicles". Make sure this option is not checked.
