    Offering to pay users for support isn't allowed.

     

    For ELS, make sure you have ScriptHookV installed.  Per installing mods, it's honestly really simple.  Most mods are a simple drag and drop, you just need to read the readmes or the file's download page.

    i have everything instaled i have installed some cars that worked some callouts that worked but the sirens or els doesnt work is there a way i can wipe all the mods and start over ?

    Yes, but I don't advise it since everything else is working for you.  Just reinstall ELS.

    Just delete the files you installed.  Delete the ELS folder, delete ELS.ASI, etc
