The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm Having Game Freeze because of traffic Policer, I have updated to the new updated Loaded 9/5/17 Version 6.13.7.0 which is the same version to the previous. here is the message I'm still getting:

 LSPD First Response: Police SmartRadio compatibility warning: The current game version is newer than 1.0.1103.2 and may be incompatible due to RPH changes. Use at own risk. This is From my Log.

Having the same issue with Traffic Police, Arrest Manager, LSPDFR+ and also Police SmartRadio.
