Good Afternoon ... Could someone tell me how I can change the key to change the sirens? It activates the "J" and pressing the letter "E" as well. I would like to switch to the Scroll of the mouse by pressing it ...

    You can change the keybindings in the ELS INI.  However, I'm not sure if changing to the mouse wheel is possible.

    Hahaha!  In that case, while you can still change the siren keybinding, that will also change the GTA keybinding.
