The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I hope this is the right spot for this. I am sorry if not, and I will be more than happy to repost somewhere else. Gonna make this short and sweet-

 

Game was running fine...no mods

Installed menyo mod...ran fine

Installed LSPDFR.....ran fine.

Installed Radiance and It crashed once...then ran fine.

Installed ELS and has been crashing ever since.

I deleted ELS and now it still crashes. Please help. I attached crash report. Thank you in advance

Randomly worked again...added els and crashed. Hopefully I can find something te change so I can run this set up
