The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ragehook Issues?

Featured Replies

Everytime I attempt to log into GTA 5 through Ragehook, it shows a message that states:

The current game version is not supported.

Installed game version: 1103
Latest game version: 1180
Supported game versions: 1180

The installed game version (1103) is not supported. This build of RAGE Plugin Hook is made for version 1180.

I've tried many things over the course of these past few days but nothing seems to work and I'm really missing playing LSPDFR. Any help is greatly appreciated

(P.S. I do not have the steam version of GTA 5)

You either have to update your game or downgrade your RagePluginHook (if you still have it).  You have the latest RPH but your game is still on the previous update.

I'm not too good with stuff like this, if you could help by telling me how to upgrade a non-steam version of GTA 5 it would be greatly appreciated!

I actually don't know lol.  Let's wait for someone knowledgeable on this to chime in =)

I've  looked at my game, it says it's version 1.41, I'm not sure what could be wrong

This is how you downgrade GTA V

Go Link removed and download these files. Im fairly certain there is an update.rpf in this. Save your current 1.41 GTAVLauncher and playgta.exe's to any folder (preferably on the desktop) and name it 1.41 launcher (just to be safe) then put the ones in the download into your main GTA 5 dir, then go to your mods folder and replace your update.rpf with a 1103.2 version (im still hoping its in there). Then get No GTAVLauncher Removed by staff and put it into your GTA 5 dir and start it. then it should load GTA V 1.40...i hope

I have the R* warehouse version (non-Steam) and had the same issue. This non-Steam version should automatically update once you launch the game normally (not through Ragehook), however it did not for me. As far as I know, you have two options to update the game:

1) Re-download the game, or

2) If you have a clean copy of the game (which I always advise), you can update it by launching the clean one. I am not sure if you can just replace the modded game library by copying the files from the vanilla updated version to the modded folder, or if you have to reinstall all of your mods. I believe I tried replacing the files, but Ragehook still said my game was the previous version. This would still save you from re-downloading the whole game, though it's definitely not fun to reinstall the mods either.

This is only my second update (and my Ragehook wouldn't work for the first patchday no matter what I tried), so I am sure there are other ways that I haven't played around with yet, but this is what I know so far.

One more thing, when you launch the game through the normal .exe file (non ragehook), what version does it say that your game is- 1103 or 1180?

Good luck

Kallus, Please refer me to a staff/team member of a higher ranking than you. Thanks.

When I launch the game without Ragehook, it tells me im on 1.41, and that im on version 1180. It confuses me as when I try to launch from ragehook for LSPDFR, I receive an error message from Ragehook stating that I'm on version 1103 and that this version of Ragehook only works with 1180. I've already tried redownloading GTA and Ragehook. I appreciate it!!

Sorry, I cannot.  You'll get the same exact answer no matter who you speak to.  Please have a read of our guidelines if you'd like verification on what is/isn't allowed.

I did not want to speak to them about you taking down those links. I wanted to speak to them about something else, which I have already contacted someone about.

Oh, my apologies.  Anyone who just has full "Community Moderator" or "Management" is higher up.  Juniors are...well, not full mods. :P
