My GTA will not load up, it sits on an infinite loading screen. I've installed the latest RagePluginHook and the latest ScriptHookV, but it just infinitely load. If someone can help me, please help. I'm not sure if my log will help, but I'm putting it anyway just in case it does. Thanks.

Assuming it was the update.rpf in the mods folder, go into mods-->update and click "edit mode".  You should be prompted for an update.
