The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello. I make a fresh install of Grand Theft Auto V. I installed LSPDFR, RPH, RDE 3.1, EUP blah blah blah.. When i start the game, the LSPDFR.dll will crash, and the game loading forever :D

I font the Solution. RDE 3.1 When i install the RDE 3.1, the LSPDFR Crash and dont load. When i uninstalled the RDE, the game work correctly. Whats the problem?

I believe RDE needs to be updated again for the newest GTA patch.
