when i try to start LCPDFR a message comes on the screen and says "Error: FirstResponse.Main.Startup" then when I try to reload the scripts it says "Error: FirstResponse.Main. EmergencyLights"

Not sure why it does this. Ive reinstalled LCPDFR and GTA4 multiple times. SOmeone Please help
