I am wondering how can you make your own cars and add ELS type lights to them or add them to an existing car mod with ELS lights?

Either most, or all ELS enabled Police Vehicles are locked by the author, to prevent mod thievery, which happen's more then you would think it does, if you want to model your own, you need zmodeler, but it's not something you learn over night.

Ya what slimory say is right . Most modders lock their models to prevent car thievery . But what you need to learn is how to map els and making car model . Which you can find lot of tutorial in youtube or in zmodeler website itself . As ross305 Say . It cant be learn overnight . You will need lot of pratice and patience
