so ive downloaded a few mods smart radio and native ui partner mod ive watched all videos i can and how to but idk how to open the smart radio or how to use native ui for partners if in wrong section im sorry

The readmes for mods almost always have the list of controls.  You can also check the config/INI for the mods to see the controls.

native ui has no read me or ini just a dll file and the smart radio came with another mod ive looked in ini but in confuses me

NativeUI isn't meant to be usable in the same way a trainer or other mod is, so that's fine.  Just take your time and read the INI. :)  It should list the controls and give an option to change the keybindings.

so how do i use native ui then ? ill read the smart radio ini but native ui has nothing but a dll file

You don't. :P  NativeUI goes in your main GTA V directory or in your scripts folder, and is needed for some mods and scripts.

oh okay ill look into the partner mod then its just in videos on native ui ppl open a menu with it i just dont know how to open the menu

the menu im talking about has like food add kachup stuff like that

That menu is just a showcase, as NativeUI helps developers for making their own menus.

dang idk how to make menus so guess i cant use the partner mod cause in the mod it says it uses native ui menu

No, you don't need to make menus.  I'm almost positive all you need to do is install NativeUI in the main directory, install the partner mod, and you're good.  You shouldn't need to open NativeUI's menu to use a partner mod.

it says to get a partner i must use the menu to spawn it

If you look in the config, you can see keybindings for getting a partner.  I use a different partner mod, so I'm not entirely positive on how the partner system works in HeroCop, but I'm pretty sure all you need is to press G near an officer.   Check your INI and double check what your keybinds are.

which one do u use i figured it out but now its pointless every partner i get wont stay in the car
