Game stuck on loading screen

Featured Replies

I am having a similar issue.  Today's update has caused mine to stop loading.  It claims I have low system resources or bad anti virus.

I have updated the mod>update.rpf file, updated the game, updated RPH to no avail.  I have shut off my virus protection (that worked fine with the game yesterday), unplugged every USB device to the pc and still wont load.  I read through the log and it says that it cant verify game version.  RPH setup shows that the game version is in green?  Ugh, can you assist me as well?  Below is my RPHLauncher log

Rename your mods folder to _mods and then try loading via Rage, please.

Your game is completely up to date, correct?  Are you able to launch GTA V via the GTA V exe/Steam and get into the game?

My game is completely up to date.  I am not able to launch GTA.exe at all without RPH.  It launches but shows the scripthook error below.  I am not running mine on Steam, I have a hard retail copy of it.  I updated script hook V and still get the error

err.jpg

to clarify, I get the scripthook error even when I launch GTAV.exe without RPH
