The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I would appreciate it if any of you kind people could upload the backup file for build 1103, as I had to reinstall GTA and forgot and deleted the backup file I had. I appreciate your time reading this.

Redistributing of game files is not allowed.  Your only option is to wait for the mod updates.
