Make sure RagePluginHook.exe, GTAV.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe are all in the same directory, the GTA V directory.

As I said, your screenshot is indicating it doesn't detect an installed GTA.  The GTA.exes and Rage need to be in the same directory.
