The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Nothing really. Just installing different cars in the Police spot

Try launching the game via GTA5.exe or Steam.  Does it launch and let you into the game?

No. I click play and it dose nothing :(
