The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Everything is working as it should. Loads the game with RAGEplugins as it should, goes into into game but does not verifies that its working properly. loads the police station on the map. and when i go to one of the police station to go on duty it doesn't shows the option to do so. (FIRST TIME MODDING)

Just to verify because I didn't understand properly, the police station icons are on the map?  If so, try this:

 

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
