No, i need add my police ubiform taser. But i don't kbow how i edit it. I wabt taser my uniform!!

If the police ped model didn't come with a tazer, there's no adding one.  You'll need to find a ped model that has one already modeled in.  In some cases, the author may add a vest with a tazer as an accessory option to the ped.

Can you edit the Finland Pack all uniforms, lspdfr, sahp officers to taser? No holster, only 3D model, no gear.

I honestly don't know, as I've never tried editing peds or their textures.

I'm not sure what you're asking?  I don't make textures.    Here is a Finnish ped model, but it doesn't have a tazer.
